美好鎮鎮長的殘暴讓貧窮的鎮民紛紛逃跑，但大家逃的太急，忘了獨居拖車裡的孤兒巴特。恐懼的巴特心情十分絕望，在撿拾垃圾勉強維生的困頓中，她許下一個願望，讓她再造的垃圾玩偶們有了生命。鎮長發現了這個秘密，索性要把垃圾和巴特一起燒掉！垃圾們為了救巴特自願被燒毀，巴特會如何面對生命的打擊呢？

Orphan girl Bart survives by living in an abandoned van collecting garbage. She brings the garbage dolls magically back to life. The mayor burns out Bart and her garbage friends, who sacrifice themselves for Bart. Loneliness and desperation, Bart strikes to avenge.
