小孩第一次來到父親的故鄉，和家人一起參加阿嬤的喪禮，但小孩的母親和父親的家人發生爭執後離開了喪禮會場，小孩與父親留下來面對著那些親戚不友善的對待和阿嬤的離世，最後小孩與父親只能處在河堤上遠遠的看著，阿嬤被種在那片看不見的西瓜田裡，而那時是小孩第一次看見父親哭泣。 The child went to the father’s home village for the first time to attend grandma’s funeral with his family. However, his mother left the funeral after having arguments with the father’s family. The father and the child stayed at the funeral alone to tackle the unfriendliness of the father’s family and the death of grandma. In the end, the father and the child can only stay at the riverbank when grandma was buried far, far away in the watermelon farm. That was the first time the child saw his father’s tears. |
